VIDEO PRICING/RATES

IN STUDIO VIDEO

All photoshoots and videos are shot by staff or 3rd party contractors.  Most contracted videos will cost about $250 per song depending on the complexity and which photographer/videographer you use if the video is shot completely in the vocal booth.

NO VIDEO or PHOTO SHOOTS WILL BE TAKEN ON THESE PREMISES WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE STUDIO!

If the shoot takes over an hour, there will be another $60 upcharge for the next hour.  

If you are NOT recording but ONLY shooting a video in the studio, there is a $60 charge for an hour of studio time.

AND VIDEO

The basic rate for any photo session will be $120 which will be paid in full before the shoot begins. This will cover props and most editing.  Additional staff (make-up, models,etc) will be an additional charge.

The basic rate for a video shoot will be $350 which will be paid in full before the shoot begins.  This will cover the shoot and lighting and editing photos or short video. (Less 5 minutes).  

Studio can arrange (but not pay for make-up, hair, outfits, additional models, etc.)  These will be paid in full before the shoot begins.

All contracts, if necessary, must be signed before the shoot begins.  

For comfort, safety and security, only minimum personnel will be allowed in the Green Screen room. No audience, no children, no unknown or unwelcomed persons.

ABSOLUTELY NO PHONES, CAMERAS, OR PHOTOS

from anyone other than the Studio personnel. 

 OFF SITE PHOTOS AND VIDEO

The basic rate for any photo session will be $120 which will be paid in full before the shoot begins.  Additional staff (make-up, models,etc) will be an additional charge.

The basic rate for video will begin at $420.  Distance of travel, equipment needed, length of shot will be determining factors for additional cost.  The basic rate must be paid in full before the shoot begins.

Drone rates will be an additional $100 for the video. Drone shots will be done in safe surroundings and within the legal limits.  Any contested airspace restrictions will have to be cleared in writing before the shoot begins.

Any scheduled drone shots cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled at the convenience of the client.

STUDIO RENTAL

Any professional photography or videography equipment brought into the studio for the purposes of filming or taking promotional photos will be $50.  The only exception being cell phones in the recording studio area!  

The greenscreen and photography area fee for use is $80 per hour.  Any additional props or equipment may add additional cost. 

NO CELL PHONE CAMERAS ARE TO BE USED IN THE GREENSCREEN OR PHOTO STAGE AREAS!!
